Social spaces
The large, modern, open plan kitchen and dining space on the ground floor features Bosch and NEFF appliances, two ovens and two fridges - perfect for catering for larger groups.
For entertaining, there is a large dining table, island with bar stool seating and comfortable armchairs. This opens out onto the south facing, decked sun terrace through the wide bi-fold doors bringing the outside in and creating a fantastic social space for gatherings with friends and family. This area also features a log burner for those cosy winter evenings in.
Dog friendly
For your four-legged friends, the house has an enclosed garden which is safe for them to enjoy and there is a choice of breath-taking coastal, woodland and beach walks on the doorstep. And if you get too muddy on your walks, there is a dog wash area at the rear of the property along with a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Relaxation
If relaxing in front of the TV is more your thing, the purpose-built TV lounge, accessed off the kitchen diner area, with Smart TV and large 6-seater sofa with recliners is the perfect place to unwind. The house has superfast Wi-Fi making streaming your favourite films and TV shows a breeze!
Alfresco dining
The spacious, south facing terrace is in full sun from morning until evening and with a firepit table and BBQ this is a great place to spend summer evenings, dining out under the stars. There is also a sun deck in the back garden for those early morning coffees.
Hot tub heaven
For added relaxation, the 7-seater hot tub with 48 jets, pillow fall neck and shoulder massager and LED lighting is a great place to unwind. This advanced hydrotherapy spa will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and ready for a great night’s sleep.
Loft lounge
The spacious and bright loft lounge, with its sea glimpse views, is a great place to put your feet up and enjoy a coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine, or maybe a chilled glass of wine from the drinks fridge!
The loft lounge opens onto the first-floor balcony, with its comfortable rattan sofas which bathes in sun from mid-morning to sunset so open the doors and soak up the views.
Park and stroll
We’re located 500 metres from the picturesque harbour of Porthleven so you can simply park up and enjoy your holiday with a range of top restaurants, pubs and shops just a five-minute stroll away.
There is also an electric vehicle charging point on the drive, where there is ample parking for 5 or 6 cars which is rare in Porthleven!
A great night's sleep
The house sleeps 10 people comfortably in four king-sized and one double bedroom, all with hotel quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton bedding.
There are three en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor with ample storage. The two loft bedrooms are spacious and airy and have a shared, modern bathroom with large shower and mini kitchen area with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and mood lighting.
