Stunning house in a gorgeous location, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend. It's excellent for large groups. The house itself has been renovated to a very high standard, I loved all the little touches, loads of space for everyone, lots of storage in bedrooms, plenty of coat hangers, crockery and glassware, everything has been thought about. The Harbour is a short walk from the house with a plenty of restaurants and bars, and the beach is worth a visit too. Great place to explore Cornwall would definitely return, thanks for a great holiday.

"A beautiful house which is finished to a high standard. We had a great week stay where there was enough space for everyone to have their own space but to also be together when we wanted. Just got back from a fantastic ladies weekend away, what a stunning, spacious modern house. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Specially enjoyed the lovely hot tub and socialising around a large dining room table. Ideal for family gatherings and girly weekend breaks. Just a short walk to the harbour and shops. We enjoyed a swim in the harbour this morning. Shelley the host has been very accommodating to all our needs and also left us a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates to kick start our weekend. Highly recommend and would definitely stay in the gorgeous house again. Thank you Shelley.

We have just come home from a week here, the house was beautiful, every little thing was thought about! The beds and pillows were really comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to make meals in. We had beautiful weather whilst we were there so we made use of the lovely terrace and balcony and of course the hot tub. Porthleven itself is a really nice little harbour town, we enjoyed sitting there and having a few drinks looking out to sea, we also sampled most of the restaurants! I'm so pleased we discovered this cute place.

Just had a long weekend at this stunning property. The house was amazing, the decor was so tastefully done. The hosts were amazing, lovely welcome gift on the table when we arrived. Within walking distance to the shops, harbour, pubs and restaurants. I cannot praise it enough, it was just wonderful, highly recommended and I cant wait to go back.

A beautiful house in a great location! The house was perfect for our summer holiday with our little boy, so much so that we'll hopefully be back again next summer! The super comfy beds made the long days at the beach and sightseeing even better.

"Fabulous family stay at the Harbour Reach, we are regulars to Porthleven. House well located, brilliant parking for multiple cars, Plenty of space to spread out and have your own quiet time as well as together. Everyone loved it, would highly recommend and we all can't wait to come back. All of the rooms are spacious and beautifully finished. No one felt they got the short straw. We had a fabulous time in this beautiful house. Beautifully decorated. Loads of room, love the upstairs snug room. Everything you need for a large group. Location is excellent just 2 minutes from the harbour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much to the owner, this could well be our new place for our staycation

We spent New Year at this beautiful house. We are a family of 5 and 2 dogs and we felt so at home. The house is done out lovely with numerous thoughtful touches like TV's in every room with prime and Netflix on all of them. It's a great location with just a short walk to the harbour with lovely restaurants and unusual shops. Very easy to get to other parts of Cornwall too. The owners of the property were very helpful too. They sent us lots of information of what there was to do in the area which was very useful and were in contact with us to make sure everything was ok. Really couldn't fault it and would 100% recommend.

We have just had the most amazing week at Harbour Reach. The house is beautiful and it is even better than the photos. Shelley has thought of every detail. Our dogs enjoyed the complimentary dog biscuits and mooching in the enclosed garden. It is only a few minutes walk to the harbour. We were lucky with the weather and sat out on the balcony enjoying the views most evenings.

We have had a lovely stay at Harbour Reach for a family celebration weekend. The house has all the mod cons and is ideally located in Porthleven close to restaurants and the harbour. Very comfortable, plenty of space and great for groups of friends or different families. Highlight was definitely the hot tub! Thanks so much Shelley and Rob!

"A gem of a find, we all loved our rooms and the comfiest of beds. Pity my boot wasn't bigger. We all enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating lovely food well, once we found the cutlery lol. It was a very relaxing house where everybody had their own space if needed and great entertaining space. The personal touches were a nice touch. Lovely bottle of red wine and biscuits plus a beautiful vase of flowers. Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks Rob and Shelley."

We are regular visitors to Porthleven and have finally got to enjoy a week in your amazing property. The property itself is beautifully decorated to a very high standard with lots of lovely thoughtful finishing touches and lovely comfy beds! We all loved the hot tub and there is so much space for larger groups or families to share and enjoy both time together and separately. Shelley has been amazingly helpful and we are already planning when we can all come back again. The best house we have ever stayed in!
